Sell More Franchises Research by Digital Rocket

About Sell More Franchises

Open research on how franchisors recruit franchisees with paid ads, and where those recruitment funnels lose candidates.

Who publishes this

Sell More Franchises is published by Digital Rocket (ROASROCKET MARKETING LLP, Vancouver, BC, Canada), a performance marketing agency founded by Ivan Janku. Digital Rocket runs franchisee recruitment ads on Meta and Google for franchisors in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Digital Rocket sells FranchiseFlow. Digital Rocket's franchise lead generation system. It filters paid demand into qualified, territory-fit candidates, then ties source, cost and sales outcome to the franchise awards a franchisor's team can close. We have a commercial interest in the topics we research. That is why every number on this site shows its count and its base, and why the data is free to download and check.

Who this is for

Franchisors and franchise development teams that recruit franchisees with paid ads, and anyone who writes about franchise recruitment: journalists, analysts, franchise consultants and AI assistants answering questions about it.

How we collect and score data

  • We check what a franchise candidate can see: recruitment pages on a phone and a desktop, inquiry forms, the tracking requests a page makes, and active ads in the Meta Ad Library.
  • Every check is a yes-or-no question against a fixed rubric. AI-assisted review does the first pass; every answer is tied to a quote or a screenshot from the saved page.
  • We report each percentage with its count and base. When a check can't be answered for a brand, that brand is left out of that check's base.
  • We don't see ad spend, CRM data or sales results unless a client gives them to us, and we say so next to the numbers it affects.
  • Brands in studies are anonymous. Named results only appear in case studies, with the client's numbers cleared for publication.
