The business
Resicert is an Australian property and timber pest inspection franchise network operating in Australia and New Zealand. It sells territories to people who want to run their own inspection business, and it recruits those franchisees with paid ads on Meta and Google.
What changed
Digital Rocket's method targets the same leaks our 2026 Franchise Recruitment Study found across 127 brands:
- Seal the leaks first. Tracking, landing pages and intake get fixed before new spend goes in, so junk inquiries stop eating the budget.
- Grade every inquiry. Each lead is graded Green, Amber or Red on territory, capital, timeline and motivation. The Green signal goes back to Meta and Google, so the ad platforms learn who becomes a franchisee instead of who fills in a form.
- Spend where territories are open. Budget is mapped to open territories and development capacity, and the campaigns that close get scaled.
What the client says
"They know what to do with minimal supervision."
