Google Analytics. Google Analytics 4 measures visits and interactions using the _ga and property-specific cookies, configured for up to 90 days. Google advertising storage and personalization stay off.
Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records heatmaps and session replays so we can see how pages are used. It sets _clck (up to 1 year) and _clsk (1 day). Form fields are masked. Advertising storage stays off.
Meta pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel to measure our ads. It sets _fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from a Meta ad, each for up to 90 days.
Our CRM. Our customer relationship tool (run by Digital Rocket) sets a visitor cookie, _dr_vid, so a request you send reaches the right person with the pages you saw.
Traffic-source records. We save smf_attribution_v1 in local storage for up to 90 days: first observed source, last non-direct source, campaign labels and landing path. smf_session_v1 in session storage records the current source and up to 30 page paths, with a 30-minute inactivity window. They describe observed browser activity, not a complete cross-device journey.
Testing. Our analytics loader, the Meta pixel and our CRM tracker do not run on preview domains or when smf_test=1 or dr_test=1 is set (the second sets a dr_test cookie for our own testing). A session-storage flag keeps that test tab excluded as you navigate.
Our forms don't keep your answers in your browser. They are sent only when you submit a form.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address to deliver them. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam, which sends Google information about your browser and how you use the page. Some videos are hosted on this site; others use an embedded Gumlet or Tella player. Loading an embedded player connects your browser to that provider, which receives connection information such as your IP address. See Tella’s privacy policy.
If we change our analytics or advertising tools, we'll update this page and our privacy policy first.
You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them won't stop this site from working.
