Franchise CRM attribution, click to signed agreement

Franchise deals close months after the click, long after the ad dashboards stop counting. Your CRM has to carry each lead's original source all the way to the signed agreement, so you know what each franchise really cost.

How we set it up

How do you report franchise sales by source?

Step oneLock the source

Lock the original source at entry

Every record starts with a source. Broker-sourced candidates are tagged on arrival, and the broker's candidate stays the broker's.

Step twoReport by cohort

Report signings by the month of the first click

A lead from March may sign in August. Group leads by the month they arrived, so each month's spend gets credit for the franchises it produced.

Franchise attribution FAQ

Which CRM do we need?

The one you have, as long as it can hold custom fields and stages. We set the fields and rules up in your account; you keep them.

How do we credit a candidate a broker and an ad both touched?

Agree one rule up front and write it down. Our default: the broker's candidate stays the broker's, and the original source is never overwritten.

When will we see cost per signed franchise?

As soon as the first deals close. With about 20 weeks to close, the first full picture arrives months in; until then you see qualified leads and stage movement weekly.

Is this part of the system build?

Yes. CRM attribution is in the $6K one-off build. See pricing.
