Sell More Franchises is operated by ROASROCKET MARKETING LLP, trading as Digital Rocket, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through sellmorefranchises.org, why, and what you can do about it.
What you give us. When you book a diagnostic, send a message or ask for a guide, we collect what you type into the form. Depending on the form that is:
What your browser sends. Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you load a page: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address to deliver them.
Embedded video. Some pages load a Gumlet or Tella video player. This connects your browser to that provider and shares connection information, including your IP address, to deliver the player and video. See Tella’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, pages and clicks. Google processes this data under its privacy policy. We also keep first-observed and recent traffic-source records in your browser for up to 90 days, and a limited page journey in session storage. These records support source attribution when you submit a form; they are not proof of a complete browsing history. We use the Meta pixel to measure our ads. When you send a form, we tell Meta that a request came in, with your email and phone in hashed form, so Meta can match it to the ad you saw; Meta processes this under its privacy policy. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages through heatmaps and session replays; form fields are masked, and Microsoft processes this under its privacy statement. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser, and opt out of ad personalisation in your Meta and Google ad settings. See our cookie policy.
We don't sell your personal information.
Only the service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as hosting, email, calendar and CRM tools, under contracts that limit their use of your information; the Digital Rocket team that works on your inquiry; and authorities where the law requires it. If our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
We are based in Canada and our providers may store information in Canada, the United States and other countries. Where we transfer information out of the UK, EU or Australia, we rely on the safeguards those laws require.
As long as we need it for the purpose you gave it for, or as the law requires. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
Depending on where you live, including under Canada's PIPEDA, the UK and EU GDPR, Australia's Privacy Act and US state privacy laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email ivan@digitalrocketads.com and we'll respond within the time the law sets. You can also complain to your local privacy regulator.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No website or email system is completely secure.
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
We'll post any changes here and update the date above. Questions: ivan@digitalrocketads.com, or ROASROCKET MARKETING LLP, 422 Richards St, Suite 170, Vancouver, BC, Canada.
