Tracking decides what your ads learn. Give the franchise site its own pixel, keep the click ID in the form, and send qualified leads back server-side. In our 2026 study, none of 200 franchise brands had all three.

80% have a Meta pixel on the recruitment page. Having a pixel isn't the same as tracking buyers.
The three basics
If the franchise site shares the customer site's pixel, Meta learns from people buying the product, not people buying a franchise.
If the form doesn't store where the lead came from, you can't tell Meta which ad found your next owner.
Browsers and ad blockers drop events. A server-side feed is how qualified leads and signed deals get back to Meta and Google, so they optimise for buyers, not form fills.
Meta's own test: 21% lower cost per quality lead (A/B test, 567 advertisers, Jan 2025). Platform settings change; check Meta's and Google's current help docs.
Everything we quote gets built and works as described, tracking included. If we miss any of it, you get a full or partial refund.

Questions franchisors ask
It's the code Meta or Google adds to the link when someone clicks your ad. Store it with the lead, and you can tell the platform later which click became a qualified lead or a signed franchisee.
If you want the ads to learn from qualified leads, yes. Browser events get blocked, and your qualified grade lives in the CRM, not the browser. A server-side feed is how it reaches Meta and Google.
The qualified lead, graded by your team's rules, as soon as it's graded. Signed agreements are too few and too late to optimise on, but send them too for reporting.
Consent rules differ in the US, UK, Australia and Canada. We build to your consent setup; your counsel signs off the policy.
