Franchise Recruitment Study 2026 · Growth link
Do franchise brands that get the recruitment basics right grow faster?
The study found a link across brands, not proof of cause. The headline growth comparison uses scores that are withdrawn pending remeasurement. Single checks such as self-booking and fresh creative lean the same way but are too small alone to rule out chance.
A growing brand may simply have more to spend on recruitment. The study does not show that fixing a check causes growth.
