Start with the agreements you want to sign, work back through your own conversion rates, and see how many qualified candidates and first conversations that takes, whether your team has the capacity, and roughly what the media costs.
First conversations needed a month
Each step rounds up. Use rates from the same matured inquiry cohorts. This is steady-state throughput, not a promise of signings within 12 months from a standing start; candidates who inquire late in the year may sign the next.
Book my free diagnosticEach step divides by your own rate and rounds up, because you can't hold part of a conversation. The monthly figure is first conversations needed divided by 12, checked against what your team can hold properly.
Use one population: the same matured inquiry cohorts, counting each candidate's furthest stage by a stated cutoff. Don't mix stage dates and inquiry dates partway down the funnel.
Then budget isn't the constraint. Adding a rep, improving a conversion rate or lowering the target changes the result; buying more inquiries mostly lengthens the queue for a first call.
Cost per Qualified candidate can rise or fall as spend changes. Price the plan at both ends of a range you can defend.
