Digital Rocket: 4.9/5 on Clutch · Free tool
Before buying more inquiries, find out where the ones you paid for went. Enter one month of counts from your CRM and see four cost denominators, whether the counts reconcile, and where the biggest leaks are.
Media cost per first conversation held
Costs are blended: all spend divided by all counts, whatever the source. Someone who hasn't replied isn't invalid; only contacts shown to be wrong belong in the invalid count. Not yet graded is a status, not a grade.
Book my free diagnosticEvery count should reconcile with its parent: Qualified, Nurture and Disqualified must add up to the graded total. If they don't, records are missing somewhere, and that is the first fix.
The same spend divided by submissions, valid inquiries, Qualified candidates and held conversations gives four different numbers. Only the last two say much about whether the pipeline can produce signed agreements.
Qualified candidates who were never called, then the grading backlog, then follow-up on Qualified candidates with no conversation. Recorded disqualification reasons are a reason to check the ad, placement and page they came from, not proof that the ads failed.
The placeholder figures are a fictional example, not SMF or client results. Before-and-after comparisons are observations; months differ in more than your changes.

A missing answer or a pending check isn't a grade. Counting it separately stops a backlog from looking like poor lead quality.
